The Bare Guarantee

The Bare Guarantee was established to further our commitment to provide the best waxing service to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair due to shaving, uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances, if this has happens, we encourage you come back within 3 days after your service for a touch up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.

Late Policy

We understand that many things can happen to cause lateness: flat tire, missed alarm clock, or a meeting running long. With all of this in mind we do strive to insure that all of our clients receive our undivided attention during their scheduled appointment, so if you happen to be running late let us know and we will do everything we can to take care of you. Note: if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule.

Cancellations

We ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment, but understand when cancellations occur last minute. If you do “no show” more than three times we may require you to book only by phone. *Note special Spring Break cancellation policy*

Walk-ins

We will always welcome walk-in clients, if we cannot accommodate you at that time we will work to take care of you promptly.

Credit Card Policy

For any service $35 or more we require that a credit card is held on file. You will not be charged until the time of your appointment and you may use a different payment method at checkout. However, if you no-show the appointment you will be charge 50% of the full service price. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 25% of the full service price.

Deposits

A deposit is only required for certain services. If your service or services require 60 minutes or longer you will be asked to place a deposit of 50% of the total amount due (before any discounts are applied) at the time of booking. Your deposit in non-refundable if you cancel the day of your appointment or no-show. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. This policy is in consideration of the value of time of all of our quests and our talented technicians.

Spring Break Policy

During the first two weeks of March is our Spring Break rush. For any appointments booked we will request credit card information to hold your spot. You will not be charge until after your service (You may choose a different payment option at time of payment), however, if you no-show your appointment, meaning that you do not show up and do not notify us to reschedule or cancel beforehand, you will be charged for 50% of the full price service cost.

If you cancel you appointment less than one hour before the scheduled appointment time you will be charged 25% of the full price service cost.
